Job includes:
Working with newly hired drivers from start to finish during the two day orientation process.
Assisting newly hired drivers with anything they need during the orientation process, questions, etc.
Completing and helping newly hired drivers through trainings and forms that need to be completed during orientation.
Send updates to upper management on how many drivers are coming in each week / updates at the beginning and end of each orientation day.
Coordinate with all co-workers involved in the orientation process to ensure a smooth class for new drivers.
